Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(3)

Ordinan Perkapalan Saudagar 1952 [Ord. 70/52), Menteri mengubah

had pelabuhan Johor Bahru yang telah ditetapkan Dalam Pemberitahuan

Undang-Undang P.U.(B) 119 tahun1998 yang disiarkan pada 19 Mac 1998

dengan menggantikan butiran seperti berikut:

“The areas enclosed by the following imaginary lines:

(A) From a point on the coast at Latitude 01º 21.45'

North, Longitude 103º 37.25' East, directly to

(B) Latitude 01º 21.15' North, Longitude 103º 37.65' East, thence directly to

(C) Latitude 01º 18.00' North, Longitude 103º 36.00' East, thence directly to

(D) Latitude 01º 15.95' North, Longitude 103º 35.11' East, thence directly to

(E) Latitude 01º 15.35' North, Longitude 103º 33.93' East, thence directly to

(F) Latitude 01º 13.75' North, Longitude 103º 33.64' East, thence directly to

(G) Latitude 01º 13.5' North, Longitude 103º 34.65' East, thence directly to

(H) Latitude 01º 15.15' North, Longitude 103º 34.95' East, thence directly to

(I) Latitude 01º 15.7' North, Longitude 103º 36.06' East, thence following the boundary of Malaysia territorial waters until reaching western side of the causeway and thence following the causeway northwards until reaching the coastline of southern Johor and thence along the coastline westwards returning to position (A) including all rivers and tributaries flowing into these waters navigable by sea going vessels and all piers, jetties, landing places,wharves, quays,docks and other similar works whether within or without the high-water mark and any portion of shore or bank within 45.72 meters of high-water mark, subject to any rights of existing private properties therein.”
